SHOULD CSGO BE FREE?

i mean i dont think so, i think valve is just trying to grab money from where they can and with CS running out of players this is the only way they know how, throwing free cases at new players so they buy keys

No, now because it's free there are a lot of kids and hackers. The community is as toxic as ever and it's impossible to play without prime because you will see a lot of hackers

CSGO being a free game to play just makes everyone wanna cheat, this opens up a great opportunity for people to get into hvh

CS:GO has been on the market for a while. There have been a lot of new, good, free games that have come out since CS:GO was released. They had to make it free in order to "revive" the game as the players were getting bored with it and moving on to these other games that were being released all the time. Since Valve doesn't want to release Half-Life 3, people were losing interest in most of their games. The competitve scene in CS:GO is mostly on third-party apps such as ESEA and FaceIt. They provide much better anti-cheats and allow for higher tick rate servers. They are trying to keep the game alive for as long as possible in order to stay sort of relevant in the gaming industry, to be know for things other than just Steam and Half-Life.

In my opinion cs:go should be paid game. Is too many cheaters

this just helps hacks developers and tortures new players becuase they are getting matched with hackers

also when you get your account banned its less of a loss

I think so. I think they made it free to get more players to cheat to feed the VacNet system since the game was already doing pretty well and they were making a good amount of money. I think making it free was a good decision overall. Also since my friends can play it with me now.

Valve is not obligated to cater to the ideals of those who paid for the game.
