(SOS34) Most Used Tags

This hook will create a new stats to list all most used tags in all applications (that uses tags, of course!) that you have installed on your board.

New stats page will list:


Tag
Times a tag was used
Times a tag was defined as prefix
Last time used


Settings:


Number of tags on stats page (lines)
Groups allowed to view the link stats (board index) and view the stats page
