Let'sEncrypt works perfectly as long as you have access to the domain name and the server (only VPS or dedicated server, not shared hosting).

I dont have any problems using lets encrypt ssl they are pretty easy to use

Never had any problems with letsencrypt, solid service.

It's not the easiest to configure but works very well. Probably the best you can get for free.

What are the pre-requisites to have this up and running?

Is node.js mandatory?

I use a cpanel host and in it has letscript. I only creat a domain addon. Than that, new domain have letscritp

I use it all over the place. The CLI tools built for it work extremely well with Apache and NGINX.

Me too. Though Let's Encrypt SSL is free for 3 months it works great. Also it's currently offering Wildcart.

I love how Lets Encrypt gives you a free SSL, i do use it through sites like FreeSSL or SSL for free, they all go through Lets Encrypt channels. THE BEST
