The dub is actually decent, but I still prefer subbed.

Last I checked it was still on Hulu.

The setting is during the carpet bombing of WWII Japan, after their navy and air force had been wiped out. We meet two children, one I think is 8 and the other fourteen. The die by the films end, but even as I tell you that, you will NOT be prepared for it.
