SantosRP??

Hello everybody, so I want to start up a new SantosRP server as a new community. A lot of people are saying its illegal while some are saying its not, so I'm just curious. I really want to make a santos server as it was always a dream of mine from playing on other servers for a while. Is it even worth my time?(in legal aspects)

I mean if SantosRP is no longer running anymore, you could ask permission from the past owner - they probably won't even care.

exact, as long as you have the agreement of the previous owner it is OK

Yeah and the owner is currently defcongaming. And the community will DEFINETLY not give you perms... Dont know if its illegal not sure the situation regarding santos but its like a nasty divorce.
