It took New Horizons just 9 years to get to Pluto and it was launched back in 2006. It's not actually there yet but it can still capture images of the planet. So I'm pretty sure it won't take 10+ years to get to Titan. It would take round about 4 years to get to Titan and a complete journey would take maximum 8-9 years.

A trip from here to there, will cost us much oil.. and we will not be able to return it though xD
