Name of the Scammer: The Plug

What was the deal: Different things. One thing was paying me for making posts and threads in his forum. He owes me 3$ from one time and another 3$ from other time.
On the other hand he wanted a thread design, banner & sig, I offered my gfx for 15$. He told me he would pay me 15$ for the gfx and the money from the posting thing promised before.

What went wrong: He did not pay me and didn't even answer me.

Ok so, why are you trying to open a scam report on something from September 2015? Show me proof I did not pay you.

Firstly wouldn't you try to PM me and resolve this if you thought there was a issue instead of opening a scam report straight away?? that makes no sense that you wouldn't even speak to me.

Secondly, Stop opening fake scam reports.

Thirdly, If I upgraded you on this forum for free why would I scam you. Are you retarded.
Also Ecx.eu is not even my domain and never has been?

I stopped using that skype hence how the communication probably stopped, it's not that deep if I owe you some money I can send it I don't have a problem with that.

You didn't upgrade me as I bought the upgrade myself. As I said I didn't want to create the scam report straight away to not create drama, I said in the skype group.

I think I have proof of my upgrade too
