Let's say you are the CEO of microsoft. What changes would you make? What would you do? Why would you do these changes?
I just like to leak.

My first change as ruler of the galaxy: horde all the chocolate ice cream for myself. Wait, you said Microsoft? Eh, still works.

I'll delete Minecraft: Windows 10 and make Windows 1337.

I would bring back the Windows Phones and invest in improving them as they are a great idea!

To start with I would tell the dev team to ditch all of the bloatware out of W10, cut it back to an opt-in for apps from the store, not put it on anyway attitude.

Get it running as fast as you can with the least amount of processes.

I would then sit back, have a drink or two and watch the money roll in.

Microsoft has been doing great recently, with its net worth being over a trillion dollars as of recent (Apple was the first company to achieve this just a year ago ish). Microsoft also bought GitHub and has been moving towards being more open-source. This direction seems like a good one, so I'd probably keep the general company direction the same.

However, Microsoft owns Minecraft and Minecraft needs some changes. For starters, that EULA that ruins community servers' chances to run servers without losing tons of money (they only allow basic cosmetics) needs to be revised. I'm not saying that they should allow pay-to-win, but allow community servers to make some income.

Minecraft also seems to need a larger developer team (Mojang itself only has 70 employees total)... for the most-selling game of all time, that's very few people. Maybe also bring Notch back on board, if he's interested.
