What is the most secure way to browse the internet? I dont only mean VPN, antivirus and everything as well... firewall, wifi/cloud, etc... protection. Any idea what integrates... everything?

Been running DD-WRT on my router with integrated VPN. Disable cookies on sites you don't trust or just in general. Lots of services claim to sell packages that cover 'everything', but it's naive to think you can be secure from every type of cyberattack.
