Seeking builder for upcoming SMP

My partner andI have been writing a great plan for a SMP server for the past few days and today we got a server to install our plugins, test configs, and all that mumbojumbo.

Anyways, we're seeking someone that wants to work with us and take the responsibility of building official structures on the server - such as the spawn, shops, etc.
