Yea if legit then it can actually go up to your price, but I doubt much people buy it legit if they can such accounts cracked for 25

We'll, accounts can't be rated by how many games they have, you've got 2 bans, and that kills your price, however, if you didn't have the two bans, price will still be high, because people don't just buy a steam account for the exact value, if my account's value is 250$, selling price will be as low as 10$.. you'll be surprised, better to keep it until you find a real buyer for your price.
