As someone mentioned, try weed to calm you down. It's much safer than buying pills online, if that doesn't work then go to a doctors.

I don't recommend weed as anti-depressant at this stage.... Its a downer. Weed can further depression or even bring on new symptoms if overdone. Please don't try weed as a first alternative, maybe later on in the process; when in a better state of mind.

St Johns Wort can be bought at holland and barrots and is highly used around the UK and States. It isn't anything dramatic and as I said purchased online or shop counter its perfectly safe.

You're not alone brother, I have a severe anxiety disorder which prevented me from even calling the doctors to book an appointment never mind actually going to it,

Thing is, the worse state you're in when you go to a doctors appointment, the more symptoms you'll be showing and the more effective their treatment will be.

After two years of struggling alone, I booked that appointment, and went. at the time I was the worst I had ever been. shaking, twitching uncontrollably in the waiting room. the wait for my name to be called out felt like it took forever.

I went in, tried my hardest to explain what symptoms I was experiencing knowing that just talking about what I was going through wasn't gonna help with any diagnosis,
and I came out with a long term prescription for Propanolol. Of which I have been taking religiously since.

Cannabis to my belief is both a coping method and a symptom at the same time. Yes, it very much aides you in forgetting about your problems, but it won't help you in getting up and Doing anything about it.
It's great for when you've had a long day, and wish to enter the realm of extreme relaxation, but if there's things that need doing while you're high, it can make your anxiety Much worse.

I hope this helps, Got your back brother Smile
