So i received a letter in the mail that i am being charged with a Felony. One day it will come where they come to my house or i get suspended from court. Dont worry im not scared i been to jail a few times, but i want to know what should i say when interrogated just be silent and shut the fuck up? or talk bullshit too see what they know? i know it's real because the law offices that sent them are literary down the street from me & also my brother received one

EDIT: i will upload anotherpicture soon didn't realize the webcam fucked it upno idea what the charge is it was sent to me by 2 different attorneys, Also n they are not web related offences these are IRL incidents

No, i actually have a feeling i think i know what it is for and the 2 attorneys that sent me this also sent my brother one

Dont sweat it fam.

I caught 6 felonies and 8 misdemeanors last year, did some time in jail, got out fine. Although you said you went to jail already so you should be fine if you go. But when you're being interrogated, dont say shit, its your right. You need to have a lawyer present with you, the only thing you should say is "I'm not speaking without my attorney present".

4 got 2 tell you they gave me 300 hours of community service and 2 years probation lol.

Yea, thanks man im not sweating it im just getting prepared for when the day comes, do you think i have a warrant? since it did say i was being charged
