This is the first time I've heard this. In my opinion this is very weird as I have never done it lol

It happens sometimes if you push a little too hard, cause we all know if you push it makes your pee shoot like a fire hose LUL

Very strange question and it made me think but I guess I do sometimes. Never really tought of it much though. Kinda prefer to do them seperately - I get the same satisfaction twice :D
