Occasionally, but I guess with prostate trouble it's more like a lucky fart or two before pissing will help the piss come out easier.

I think you are pretty much the only one, I have seen a couple of people that do it but I myself always first take a sheet and then I piss but never fart while I take a piss.

It has to be a soft fart, because if I clench my stream is gonna stop
