I think we all need this. My posture gets really messed up after an hour of sitting down. The negative effects of bad posture go from neck pain, shoulder pain, chest pain to more serious things like muscle atrophy (in my case I have fucked up abs, teres majors, posterior deltoids and perhaps my lats too). Now I have a mild case of anterior pelvic tilt which I'm working on fixing rn.

Also it will affect us even harder in some years. So take a minute and fix your posture or take more time and stretch a bit or do some exercisesto avoid major problems, here are some links and vids that will help you out:

I'd recommend watching Athlean-x's videos on this, he does a great job explaining how to fix your posture. I had a fucked up posture but I ran into his channel half a year ago and I've been really happy with the results.

He's probably one of the only non-bullshit fitness youtubers.

Added that one too. It's kinda sad his titles and thumbnails are so clickbait-y. I'm not suscribed to him only because of that. But you're right, he's not bullshitting anyone

you do realise sitting completely straight is bad for you due to it straining your back, since its unnatural. infact, sit at a 135 degree angle.

Be careful when mentioning Pelvic Tilt, it's a thing that's really not very common according to physical therapists. It could be the cause of having a Hyperlordosis which is involved with the lower back curvature, which makes it look like an anterior pelvic tilt. Having anterior pelvic tilt is rare. It's good to continue working your physiology like stretching and strengthening muscles to look hot.
