I feel like people are too afraid to return to normal life after lockdowns. Is it just me or are people becoming full time hermits?

Social anxiety is a huge hangover from the past two years. Have you caught yourself being amazed and terrified at recent sporting events or concerts like I have? We've been conditioned to be alone. It'll take some time for that to wear off; usually the rule is half the time you've endured something (so let's say 12 months at the low end) to 1,5 times the length of what you endured (36 months at the extreme end).

I am struggling. Good luck to you!

I won't say hermits, but I feel like being locked down has gave us more opportunities to discover what we like and we dislike. I personnaly enjoy my own company more now and don't fear being alone but for some other beings it has been difficult to find theirselves alone, by they own, not knowing what to do ? I mean now we are more free to go, some don't understand we like to stay home ?
