Honestly what helped me was chewing gum, dont know why but it worked

vaping, start with a pen with a high nicotine juice and you're all set, yeah you will miss the habits like how you hold the cigarette and the places you smoke (bus stop, after dinner, outside your house) but they will eventually go away and if you do it long enough if you ever have a cig after it would taste like trash

Glad to see I'm not the only one having problems kicking this habit! I managed not to have a smoke for 17 hours.. I found eating mints or butterscotch lollies helped.. but still to this day I'm still smoking.. I'll give up when I'm ready..
