Serious I'm pissed off

And the person gave me the details after I paid him on Paypal $25,00

The account worked at first, so everything was fine, until I got this email today

Now I'm expecting him not to bother and explain himself as he's last seen a month ago.

He either hacked (cracked) the steam account and sold it to you (im pretty sure that happened)
Or he tried to get the account back (makes no sense)

Either ways, chargeback on him and get him banned

It was probably a cracked account and now the owner wants it back...

Update: MrQuiche has recovered the account, not the original owner, as his nick is on the profile atm, another update is that he changed the account's username.
