Serious If you had to pick 1 superpower, what would it be?

I'd want to say immortality, but on the grand scale that seems like the worst option. Existing still on e everything implodes on itself, if you buy that theory, would be horrendously boring. So ability to manipulate time.

The way some of you all are explaining telekinesis it really does sound like the best option, but also unrealistic cause like this darthagnon mentioned you could create invisibility by repelling photons, that like..... a ton of photons to repel constantly. I imagine telekinesis to be more like a mage hand, a single grip you can use with your mind. And with that it's not a very useful super power.

The unrealistic but also actually realistic option is the ability to know the steps to achieve any goal. Want to know how to obtain a sweet job, you'll automatically know what to write on the resume, what to practice for the interview, etc. Want to know how to discover faster than light travel as soon as possible? You'll automatically know what companies to invest in, what research to prioritize, and what what scientists to support and inspire - or you'll immediately know that it's impossible and to not waste your time.

Initially I would have said immortality but that could have some major downsides towards the end of the Universe, not to mention out living everyone you care for. So maybe just decelerated aging, most of the perks of living forever but still being gone before the Universe does whatever it will one day do.

Although the thought of being a 90 year old for centuries doesn't sound fun, but by then we will probably have cured most age related issues any way.

I think controlling time would be pretty cool. It'd also mean I could have endless sleep lmao or not need to worry about schedules.

I'd just want to be able to live forever. Would be hella sad for the first few hundred years, but after awhile would be able to do things that we create lifetimes from now, like going to mars.
