To be able to get rid of illnesses and scratches and broken bones? Best thing I can think of.

Being invisible on command. I would spy on corrupt people then try to stop their evil plans before it's too late. Though, I'd need other friends with other superpowers to do that. Otherwise not much I can do with information alone.
