Serious Limited Paypal account

Honestly, PayPal is a horrible service right now hence why everyone is moving to services/currencies like BTC and CashApp. I recommend you find a trusted friend online that happens to be in the U.S to withdraw the money for you and send it to you using a different cryptocurrency.

Ive had money sat in my paypal for ages now.
Never trusted them and I will never use them again.
Using crypto currency is probably your best bet and paypal all probably end up dying out which wont end well.
Just my opinion anyway

I wash in your position a couple of days ago and I ended up making a cash app accounts and using that to withdraw my money from paypal. It still requires you to verify your identity, but its a lot easier to get by then paypal.

Contacting support is really your only option. If they're unwilling to help you at all, you're probably shit out of luck. Specially with PayPal.

Just get a fake id, and just take a picture of it with your phone and submit it. it's really not that hard xd

You say it because you're not in my position right now , when you have money blocked you try every possible way dude . don't say it's not that hard.

hey try register using payoneer, and wait for verification, you will get US, UK and EU bank account and you can withdraw it via ATM if you order the payoneer card. just got my payoneer approved last day and now I have US bank account. I'm from Asia
