Serious Looking for help.

Hey guys, I made a journalism based website but I am unable to post for few months and I need help.
I am looking for few writers who can write articles, there is not much of threshold or something anyone can hop in.
I cannot pay for now thats why title says I am looking for help, but as soon as some money start flowing in, I will give 15 % of profit to writers.
Also if we make more money, you will also get salary too. I know I am offering close to nothing but please message me if anyone interested.
