Serious Need advise

Haven't been at the dentist for 8 years due to having fear of it, same as many people suffer from.

Today im going to the dentist & im probably going to have to pull out a tooth, anyone has advice on how to overcome my fears?

If you just go in thinking about the positives that will come out of it, then you'll be fine. I've never had a fear of the dentist so I wouldn't really know how to counter it. But that's the best I could come up with.

Just think about something else while you're at the dentist and close your eyes. Works for me

Make sure you ask for anesthetic especially if they are pulling teeth out. I had to have 6 extractions and I went to a dodgy dentist, there was no way of numbing the pain and so a few years after I still feel it - legit that bad.
Oh but don't worry if you're going to a professional then you'll be fine and it'll be over before you know it.

Oh snap dude that sounds horrible, yeah they always give anesthetic in Sweden on dentists

I think what Natsu said is best. Just think about how better it'll be after. Although I can't remember having a tooth pulled out, the worst I've had is 4 fillings at a time. (The drill drives me nuts)

I didn't go for 5 years damn lol. Don't be afraid it's good to know how your health is bro.
