Serious Roleplay Staff

I am deving fora Serious Roleplay server, that differs very much from a traditional DarkRP. I dont know how I feel about the owner hiring inexperienced staff. They are chill, but they cant roleplay. How should I tell the owner that it is a horrible idea?

Get evidence of your thoughts. If you can back up your opinion that would be great and could change the owner's mind!

explain to him why it is a bad idea and make sure he notes down everything you have to say
