Serious SE Help Desk

Hey guys, i was wondering if you'd like to see an SE and Refund Helpdesk.
I've been SEing for a while and would love to help others, i moved on Refunding as it takes less time to do so.

Might as well. I think this would be helpful for members.

I got quite a few ideas for NBB that i want to do but it all depends if members are there.
