Serious Suggestions for website(s)

Hey N.BB, for around a year now I've had a webhosting plan, I haven't really used it for much other than a few upcoming source engine communities. But I was wondering what I could do with it to give back to the community. (software I could run on it / maybe closed webhosting for people who can't afford it)? If you could give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it!

You could possibly do something like a Filehost, URL Shortener, Maybe like a Multi-Site Vouching system? Like a user can register, then people who deal with them can go to the site, and review them or something based on their transactions. Idk.

The multi-site vouching is very interesting, I'll have to look into that one.
