The Reputation-System does not fulfill its purpose

The rules state:
You are not allowed to ask for reputation anywhere. Not on the forum, not in skype, nowhere. Hints are also forbidden.

But i have never seen someone just give somebody who has no rank +rep for a nice leak or sth
Almost everytime the people that give rep to each other are friends

The rule stated above is not enforced

he openly asks for a rep back

Rep is sadly just exchanged under Premiums
why cant a normal account if he has mybe 50 posts make +1rep/-1rep

it's pretty difficult to enforce something like that as you have no way of making sure people are asking or not
and you don't even need to ask to get rep since of course friends will rep each other; plus this is technically a community forum so nobody really gives a shit about leaks or the "high quality" content inside since it's just a way to get traffic and to attract new people who may or may not stay for the actual community

and afaik they don't get rep rights cuz of abuse; you can still get them if you join a group while not upgraded, though.

I think its very difficult to enforce. I have the same issue on my own website. Wish I knew the answer
