The US Surrounds NK with allies and if NK and NK has many failed rocket launches so i would say definitely the US.

I wouldn't doubt it if Trump and the government has our launch buttons on speed dial.

United stats would win obviously due to our amount of supplies for war.

If north uses their nuke wisely then it's not that impossible to win the war against the US
