Serious What disease do you think is the most deadliest?

I would say aids as alot of people die each year from it (not sure in statistics)

probably malaria or aids or something, affects quite a lot of places

To answer your question: I think Smallpox is as it has killed more than any other.

And sorry but your title should be: "Which disease do think is the most deadly?"

Black Death is the deadliest disease ever ; in terms of death it made.
So it seems obvious it's the disease that no one wants to get.

Corrupted blood caused a pretty big problem a while ago, it was interesting

diabetes because it kills slowly and nearly 40% in world at age of 45 are diabetic

Smallpox. From what I've heard in TV shows, it's contagious af and kills really quick.

Aids. That is a very deadly disease in the world, their is no way to cure aswell.
