Serious What is the best forum software

I think the best forum software is just wcf 3 this is the Woltlab Suite 3

I'm stuck between phpBB and MyBB. I don't know much about my new acquaintance with MyBB, but it seems easy and convenient. But for phpBB is a free and open source software with lots of developers and hence content.
