I think honestly, you need to go out and venture into the dating market. And if your body is something thats stopping you from doing that you should work on that and still actively pursue women.

Lots of things happen in life sometimes you dont meet anyone you like or can like in the future, sometimes work takes your time or school. But its not on you, you will find the perfect girl have no worries about that.
