I'll wash them before and after if they're dirty, but otherwise after.

I used to wash my hands after I pee. Now I do both also.

Always after, never before. I don't think even with Covid it'd matter where your hands are down there lol

Even before covid, i used to do both as well.
Always felt kinda weird putting dirty hands on my weener.
