Serious my friend got bullyed and doxed

please help me and my friend were fighting some scriptkiddies on mumble

since the only proof i got contains my friends personal info i will only send it upon personal request please help my friend is crying next to me

I actually couldn't understand what you meant. Like, you both were fighting some scriptkiddies on Mumble that's OK. So what happened? They somehow kinda hacked your friend's system,information or just DDOS'd his PC? If that so, I think it's OK since nothing won't be damaged in that case. And you can just ask server admin or moderator to solve this issue by giving him proof. Anyhow, those kids will be gone after some time then you can come back again.

If they hacked smth, then it's a problem and I can ask my friend I hope he can do something, as he was into DDOS type things a time ago. You just have to explain in more detail what is the main problem, would be more better for other people too,who'd like to help you in this matter.

Plus, you could just tell your friend everything will be alright, crying won't help him.

As this is what happened. In this case the doer is anonymous person who just got your confidential information, you can't hit back or something. Similar when you are under attack by ransomware, where there is no chance. So basically what to do in my opinion is;

As offensive, if you have his IP/user from which he logged/Mumble server stats you can ask the server head for this private information and tell him the situation (mostly cases he won't provide such type of info but you can try)
and get detailed analysis of that IP which is good and you can punish him somehow.

As precaution, what you can do to protect yourself:

-Place a fraud alert on your credit reports. (if includes CC/accounts leak)
-Sign up for a credit monitoring service. (depend if offered at your place)
-Contact your local police department. (might get some help in future if something happens)

That's what can be done at most.
