You should do rejection therapy. Once you go out and get rejected a lot youll quickly discover its not as big a deal as you think. And the things people say yes yo can be crazy too. Id love the courage to do this but I havent mustered it yet.

Focus on work/education/working out.

There's a reason why after breakups, people tend to look better; it's because they focus on themselves

Spend a few weeks focusing on yourself and further developing your skills and hobbies. I would also really recommend hanging out in groups of friends as much as you can. Try and meet new people through your friends, that really helped me forget about chasing and helps me stay happy.

Work on yourself, give you some time and love, and don't go after the person that rejected u! Oh and, don't date for a while, give yourself a time

maybe because you're moving too fast? by that i mean that you're confessing to your crush a bit prematurely. I guess you can work on that. On moving on, i guess you have to find a distraction, maybe a hobby, a different girl, spending time with friends. These actions can help. Best of luck to you. I know you are feeling sad but the feeling will pass and you will eventually move on. There are many girls around and i assume that you are still young. A lot in life can happen still.

don't think of them too much. try to avoid anything that makes you think of them. Music is one of them so try to change your music taste. shit when stuff like this happens
