Get viaversion. it allows you to have players from future game version to join your server.

i hate peoples when they lazy af and gives all work to another people, learn life

Just a quick note, viaversion isn't compatible with some other plugins, this is why I have a test home server i try plugins on first, so not to disrupt gameplay for the players. But, I hope you have great fun in building your new server and enjoy the experience.

It'll be better if u had a scripter and uhm.. good plugins mean good gameplay!
