What server hardware do you recommend? i want to host multiple servers on different games,

Depends what type of games your are hosting and your budget. Most game servers are only single threaded. So a gaming cpu with a high clock speed would be the best.

I agree with Smartjer, it's better to have high clock speed cpu, with preferably NVME and DDR4 ram. You can find such with i9-9900k and 100gb NVME for 11 dollars on Mazeram.com
