Server Hosting

What is the best server hoster for a relatively cheap price? Looking to play with some friends without running the server off my PC.

I am using Shockbyte at the moment. Dont really recommend them though, laggy servers and dont get replies on tickets for 2-3 days after making a ticket. The next host I am moving to when my month is up i going to be PebbleHost. They start their servers at $1 per GB. They are fast and reliable!
