anyone know any good server hosting websites for this that aren't free?

there is apex hosting https://apexminecrafthosting.com/ you mentioned not free so yeah is not that pricey tho

TitanNodes is great, they're really cheap and their specs are good compared to a lot of hostings I see online. I personally use them for testing plugin purposes.

I think gameservers.com is pretty decent. They got a 20% off right now too so if you pay for a year it comes down to ~6$-12$ a month depending on the game and slots.

If you want to create a large network and you need powerful servers use OVH or kimsufi
kimsufi is a subsidiary of OVH where you can rent a server cheaper than on OVH
