Should I get GTA 5

Only if you're going to play Online or use FiveM at some point because you will not be spending any more than 50 hours on just singleplayer.

Sure, game's cheap, runs fine on decent hardware, story mode is fine. You can go around killing people for fun I suppose. It's grand theft auto, cmon mate! :D
