Should I quit smoking?

Ive been smoking for a couple of years now and Im in college and Ive noticed that its been taking up a lot of my time recently and distracting me from work and school and such. I cant sleep without it and it helps with my chronic back pain.

I mean u can take a break from it but i definitely know what u mean on the pain it helps a lot. If u roll up a lot try using a vape, bong, edibles, or sum that u can do easier

lowkey edibles are the way to go. especially nowadays. i can still remember the days when people would make weird superconcentrated edibles in their kitchens that would knock ppl on their ass lol.

take a break than try to go slower maybe

I tried several times but its just so hard

Ive heard it helps sooth pain for people, but I would personally quit.

Why not switch to edibles? Better for your lungs
