Read the manga and watch the parts you wanna watch. Otherwise the pacing of the anime is really scuffed. But its really good and its also like 1000+ anime and manga ep/ch. Worth it for sure since there's so much content.

look up the guide to avoid filler, first 100+ episodes are super slow

Totally agree about this. It is worth to watch, but it'll take sooooooo much time to watch all 1050+ episode of anime. If you want to catch up with the newest episode in short time, read manga can be a better choice.
