Should I switch from Windows to Mac?

#1 I want to buy a Macbut Im not sure if Ill be able to use a Mac as easily as I use my Windows PC. Macs are very different to Windows PCs and Im used to my Windows PC,will it take me a long time to learn all the new Mac controls?Can I do everythingI can do on a Windows PC on a Mac?What are thebenefits for picking a Mac over a Windows PC?Macs are a lot more expensive than Windows PCs,are Macs worth it?

I do not play much. I'm doing more web penetration. Do you have a bi-operation system of your choice?

#4 mac is pretty good for studying and for work as well, in my oppinion go for it.

RE: Should I switch from Windows to Mac? 14-12-2017, 08:36 PM #6 I would advize yes great machines you also have boot camp so you can dual boot windows on it out the box, If your getting a laptop the Trackpads amazing for streamline faster working in design etc. and of course unix terminal is great for hacking lol

RE: Should I switch from Windows to Mac? 15-12-2017, 08:57 PM #8 The mac is alittle complex if you are using it for the first time but ones you start working with it things over there are much simpler than in windows there are no advanced settings required and the environment it self is much more efficient for work related but its not for gaming as stated before

RE: Should I switch from Windows to Mac? 16-12-2017, 06:48 AM #9 I use my Dell XPS 15 for work and it works fantastic, especially with all these new models out, considering the new Mac pro turned to $21,000 AUD.

So far things have felt mostly the same, you just need to get used to new keyboard shortcuts and I will say I like the clean look of the os. That being said I don't like how macs aren't know for being easily upgrade able like a custom built desktop so if you plan to game at all or want to keep the same machine and be able to upgrade the power in the future, your better of spending that money on a powerful custom built machine.
