Should I take ayahuasca?

#1 I see really mixed thoughts onayahuasca, some people say it's really good for understanding yourself, but I have also seen a lot of people saying it can cause depression and lead to su*cide

DMT is easily metabolised by your body, but Ayahuasca contains chemicals that block the enzymes which process DMT making it last for hours. DMT only lasts maybe 5-30mins depending on the person, but its pretty much exactly like Ayahusca. Think of DMT as a trailer to Ayahuasca the movie.
