Should minecraft be free and why?

i think it should be free bceuase everyone should beable to build right?

I think they should bring back Minecraft Classic, which was free to play on the official website at one point. I feel like its inclusion led to a respectable number of sales due to curiosity sparking interest with a small taste of the experience. I do not think that the game we have today should be free.

Don't think it should be free as people can always use a crack version of minecraft and play on unofficial servers.

People using crack version always and never stoped, but it is corporation so minecraft never be free cuz microsoft bought it for big money

Microsoft won't put Minecraft free. They are earning a lot of money with the mobile version. I think.

I think Minecraft paid long enough to pass the F2P milestone, but with Microsoft...

I don't think they kill all their earning after killing the game (PvP is a shit).

Microsoft never offer Free things. I believe they never will, they invest a lot of money in everything they do.

On the other hand it is a bit sad, that Game creator must sell their Games to big corporation.

bro, servers are hosted by individuals and there isn't anything like fortnite battle passes, dances and skins to make money. People can still play cracked

I remember Minecraft Classic, I agree with you on this. Mojang NEVER should have removed it. It was pretty good, the only server software I downright hated was McDawn, the dev had a license that was VERY intrusive. I don't want to talk about this any further, as I don't want to flame.
