Show warning and ban message on post

I am looking for a plugin that displays when a user has been banned for a specific post.



It would be formated as

for ban:
"(User was banned for this post ("REASON" - BANNER))"

for warning:
"(User was warned for this post ("REASON" - BANNER))"

1.6 or 1.8?

I've seen plugins that do this heh.

1.8. I cannot find one for 1.8 and I tried editing the php to accept it on 1.8 if it was 1.6. A lot of issues came from that. I will look further.
