Simple IPTable rules to stop small attacks

I hope this will help some of you, obviously this is not going to stop massive attacks and every attack but it means you wont get hit off from the majority of small attacks. But if they are attacking with extreme power and they are stupid, these rules will stop their attack and reduce your servers load. It also makes it easier for your hosts mitigation to kick in.

There are way more rules you can add, but these are the most important to add.
