I recently listened to Sleep Token a lot and I find it difficult to understand the lyrics and the concept of their trilogy album. Can someone explain?

theres a video essay on yt called 'sleep token trilogy - exploring the concept', i think you're gonna like it. but overall, i read it as being in a toxic, codependent relationship that makes you depressed but you don't see a way out.
