is it bad to take some pills for sleep or for emotional problem?

it'sn't a problem of bad or good...it's a problem of law ....society..etc..
if you are afraid don't start anything..
i don't want to give you the right to smoke...
but one thing.
I'm a father of 3 childs they're in a good wealth, I'm a teacher in indistrial ingenering (a lot of math technical drawing..need a lot to remember) even now I help my student to create a crane for the worldskill (look on internet)
and
I'm an old smoker, 30 years, but since time I never would smoke too much (compare to some firends..)
I'm fine, with the time I appreciate it to relax and sleep.
don't abuse...it's the same for all don't eat too much sugar (or mac donald's there is a lot of sugar inside to create the wish to eat again) don't drinkl too much then don't smoke too much ...

everything is subjective -- controlling the amount you smoke is important, and avoiding smoking weed while working or driving is best. Getting good quality stuff is very crucial as well, no random street bud.

I MEAN ITS NOT AS BAD AS CIGARETES BUT I WILL EFFETCS YOU RLUNGS IN THE LONG RUN}

I think when it becomes something you depend on to function, then an intervention might be necessary then.

RE: Smoking

I've never tried it, but I am not against it either.

To smoke yes, weed no. It has a lot of health benefits, the real problem isthe lung agressiveness of the smoke habit

Depends on what's considered bad. Like for your health or overall? If it's for health then any type of smoking is bad for you but weed does have benefits however I feel like most people who smoke aren't smoking for the medical benefits but rather to solely get high.

I don't smoke, but I think that like any other drug (alcohol and tobacco included) a long term consumption can have serious consequences (in this case in the lungs and mind) But still everyone is free to do what they want with their life.
