Yea Im wondering the same I just made a server and have 1 or 2 joining for about a day then leaving then repeat it seems tuff!

Running a server is hard and finding what players like even harder. My advice is to play your own server as if you were a new player. Are you having fun or are you bored? If you're bored, what can you change/add to make it more fun? Put yourself into the player's perspective. They won't have admin powers to give themselves fun weapons and a shit ton of cash.
